Dark Night of the Soul
These phases of spiritual development are unavoidable, as the Ego Death must occur for resurrection of the spiritual body and mind. All must enter the Dark Night of the Soul or spiritual crisis, perhaps many times during the cyclical process of evolution during the spiritual ascension process. The planet is undergoing a global level of the Dark Night of the Planetary Collective Soul during the Ascension Cycle.

Meditation is the skill of focusing 100% of your energy and attention in one specific area in the present moment.

Manipulators tend to use Gaslighting techniques and like to take any statement that has been said and turn it around or twist its meaning in order to use it against you. Usually manipulators are good with using Doublespeak to add confusion to the conversation that will be mixed with ambiguous language that when it all adds up, does not make any logical sense. Many times it’s a lot of words, with no meaning or substance. Sometimes a part of it may make sense but the rest of the conversation has no connection to what has been said in the discussion. Doublespeak is a lack of Coherence, the person may come off as intelligent using certain words, but they are either confused or attempting to confuse others away from seeing the truth in the matter. You may have listened to this person talk for an hour, and have no idea what the point really was in the conversation, except that it derailed from the original topic. Doublespeak in relationships with close emotional bonds and will effectively destroy the trust and intimacy between people. When we use private or vulnerable issues that are used as a weapon for doublespeak manipulation, it is emotionally damaging. Speaking what you mean honestly and expressing clear, and accurate words, is extremely important. Say what you mean and do what you say.

Doublethink

Doublethink is the act of simultaneously accepting two mutually contradictory beliefs as correct, often in distinct social contexts. Doublethink is related to, but differs from, hypocrisy and Neutrality. Also related is cognitive dissonance, in which contradictory beliefs cause conflict in one's mind. Doublethink is notable due to a lack of cognitive dissonance — thus the person is completely unaware of any conflict or contradiction.

Confusion Tactics

  • Confusion: Manipulators employ tactics to divert attention from the real issue, to argue and create dissent specifically with intent to confuse the issue, confuse the group, or deliberately use ambiguity or Doublespeak in order to deceive or mislead. This is many times shows up as, “do not look here, let me confuse you to stay focused on minutiae of unrelated details, or divert energy and attention to me and my agenda”.

Going Unconscious

When a person goes into tantrum mode or gets upset, obviously, they can no longer effectively handle the matter. They have gone “unconscious”. When a person goes unconscious and engages in tantrums, they are now fodder for dark and negative energies in the vicinity. This is a common Ego Defense Mechanism to avoid facing the truth of the matter or the task at hand and to avoid any attention being placed upon the person’s Accountability to their actions. It’s a diversion tactic made by the unconscious or conscious Ego/Personality. This is done by simply tuning someone out, or by having a mental conversation while someone is attempting to point out how you could have assumed greater responsibility or accountability. Some of us may be reminded of occurrences such as these with our significant relationships, partners or spouse. Yet another ego defense is playing the role of Victim-Victimizer in order to escape or detract from personal accountability. When people are unwilling to look at something or be accountable they will commonly say expressions in the victim-unconscious roles such as “I can’t” and “I’m unable.” If they are master manipulators they will usually use Doublespeak to confuse the truth in the issue and turn around the responsibility to the weaker person or less dominating party. This is a technique especially used by Luciferian and Satanic forces as Dark Force Manipulation Methods.[2]

Political Language

Doublespeak is language that deliberately disguises, distorts, or reverses the meaning of words. Doublespeak may take the form of euphemisms (e.g., "downsizing" for layoffs, "servicing the target" for bombing), in which case it is primarily meant to make the truth sound more palatable. It may also refer to intentional ambiguity in language or to actual inversions of meaning (for example, naming a state of war "peace"). In such cases, doublespeak disguises the nature of the truth. Doublespeak is most closely associated with political language.

BREATHWORK EXERCISE

To Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique

Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily

Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)

The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.

Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.

Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..

Breath 74-108 

After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.
