When you are wondering what you are supposed to be doing when your life is being dismantled during the ascension process, refer to these guidelines and stay mentally relaxed, yet focused on developing these skills within yourself. By refocusing our mind to hold clear positive thoughts, by accepting the changes in one's life as necessary tools for growth, many needless fears of change can be avoided.
Your Ascension mission is:
To achieve balance, harmony and integration with all aspects of Self and live life in order to maximize human potential, which includes more abundance, love, connection and joy. To strengthen interpersonal relationship and social skill sets in order to feel completely comfortable, confident and purposeful in all outside influences and interactions. To be Soul embodied and actualized in your Highest Expression and Ultimate Destiny therefore contributing your creative Genius to the human collective and to our Planet. In order to embody the true self and inner core essence, two relationships must be made a priority in order to be forged, developed and remembered into the light source. The two most important relationships that every human being has the responsibility and right to create for themselves:

#2 Right Relationship to God Source/Universe
Many people will be removed from destructive or stagnant relationships in order to pursue these two most important relationships. Once these two relationships are clarified and embodied with devotion, a new relationship vibrationally matched to your new ascending self will emerge.
Phase One of the Soul Evolution Path (Definition and Symptoms of Awakening)
•The unfolding and developing of the intellect and awareness into a greater sensory perception or interconnectedness with Life.
•Discontent and mental confusion over life purpose and personal life direction.
•Responding to the awareness of a greater whole, and its purpose within the group called Human Beings and the Issues of Humanity, gaining planetary awareness.
•Conscious mind learns to take control, uses mental focus to control personality functions. (i.e. learning about The Law of Attraction)
•Asks for Spiritual Help and revelation from God/Source, the willingness to release personal will and the ego’s need for self-righteousness.
•Development of Spiritual Links and energetic communication through increased intuition and developing awareness.
•Dismantling of old lifestyle and reprogramming of perception through the verification of obsolete belief systems.
•Situations of austerity, severity and isolation reveals true inner light and its beauty to surface as heart qualities.
Phase One Guidelines (First Triad of Spiritual Awakening, The Task at Hand, What One is Asked to Do)
•Tests of Personal Mastery, attention of Directing your Consciousness.
•Ask and Inquire on the Way of your Soul and its Purposes.
•Listen, learn the language of Soul and take action on the guidance of your Soul.
•Develop your Inner Connection to Soul that supersede all reliance on the External Connections or perception of reality.
•Life a Life congruent to your Soul and its purposes, and that it serves as an example to others.
•Clear Negative Ego /Emotional Pain stemming from Conflict.
If one learns to let go of all they know, stop controlling or manipulating the outcomes, and to accept life changes as learning and growth opportunity, positive reinforcement through synchronicity and joyful events will become recurring and supportive to both verify and amplify your spiritual progress.
