The planet has been accelerating with releases of systematic layers of shadow body fragments, including aspects of ourselves, as well as " impersonal" soul fragments and multiple identity attachments. The planet has had a change with its 4D/7D doradic heart shield and this is massively rearranging the astral body contents and astral plane coordinate location. When a newly awakened Starseed is cattle prodded onto the ascension clearing path, (because your genetics and ascension agreement have said yes to this role) the 4D and 2D areas of our physical bodies can have symptoms that range the gamut between what feels like energetic open wounds, soreness, to feeling like a trauma or infection is being surfaced in the cellular body. It can feel scary when you do not yet know what is happening and why your body feels this way. These are common ascension symptoms. Some of us with this agreement, called a Genetic Pathcutter, may act as comic filtration systems for our blood-genetic lines, ancestral lines and sometimes even for collective planetary issues. Depending on our psychic sensitivity and energy signature we have a varying degree of sensitivity to this debris ( called miasma or dead light) in the collective planetary fields. Some of us are more sensitive than others. However, all of us will undergo varying levels of energetic transmutation to undergo the alchemical process of spiritual ascension to embody the higher frequencies and genetic coding being activated on the planet. Energetic parasites and energetic infection can translate easily to physical infections. What is important to remember is that to restore balance and health, one’s main goal is to remove blockages and restore the moving flow of life force throughout the body to vitalize personal energy centers. This can be done through the energizing of chakra centers and focusing your mind or moving your body, to circulate energy throughout the main hara line.
For females, the left ovary, left sigmoid colon navel area and the pelvic floor can get swollen, inflamed and like you are trying to push something through, or it feels like there is something heavy "in there", and this phenomena happens for many women undergoing the ascension process. This is the area of the Astral body centers ( lower left side) which are problematic for most all of us on planet. Astral implants, and alien implants are stacked up many times in the reproductive organs, as a way to collect sexual energy. These implants can be from current lifetime or stemming from other lifetime identities, even a cloned image being used in another dimension to create the implant. Learning to shield, scan and clear your body of implants and blockages in this area of the body, may also may help this bodily pressure tremendously. ES Meditation “resetting the umbilicus” is the beginning support to clear these implants from out of the navel area, and begin the resetting of the fetal cells, tailbone and the navel to its proper position to align with the higher frequency spiritual bodies. The astral plane of planet earth has a false webbing, called the false navel of the false ascension matrix (synthetic or dead white light in the astral plane) , which for most of us undergoing soul matrix embodiment, will reach a point in our ascension that we are required to reset and expand our navel and solar plexus in order to embody our organic frequency, our soul and monad light bodies.
Planetary Kundalini has been set off for a lot of us in the population with this last weeks of acceleration since the magnetic peak cycle. This may be like an electrical rod going off in your tailbone and stirring up this area, up though your spinal column, especially if your astral body and lower body energy centers have not been sufficiently cleansed and healed. Moving blockages from the lower energy centers and emphasis on clearing the astral body and its centers generally can bring significant relief. Focus your mind upon the natural movement of the kundalini, which starts in the back tailbone ( male principle), moves up the spine, past the neck, stops at the top lip and changes polarity moving down the front of the body ( female principle) from the top lip to the tailbone. This circular movement of energy is the “microcosmic orbit”, of which all life force moves in our central column or hara line. By focusing your mind gently in meditation on its natural circular movement , intend to move and clear blockages as you strengthen the inner pathway of the life force flow.
Southeast Asia, Indonesia grids are on fire with activity now. This is a forced purging on planet, and we are the bodies that transmute the density, transit the debris and astral entities, many times through our own bodies. If you have not commanded your space and designated a place for astral releases and entity transits, knowing how to set up a portal in your space will be very helpful now. Sometimes astral entities will see a Indigo lightbody and come towards the light for help. Many times this is experienced as a psychic attack, but as one’s consciousness grows it is realized that this attack is really a call for help. Many people are getting fast tracked because our lightbody expansion is moving faster than our personality has been able to comprehend what is actually transpiring. This is common within the Indigo and Starseed population, so take a deep breath, and take in information at a firm yet fearless place. The most important thing is to learn to refocus your mind and shift mental gears when your mind goes into fear. Keep the mental body as calm and clear as possible.

1. Most important : use some mental refocus techniques to shift your mind from cycling in fear. We have a thread called "clear negative ego" and "psycho spiritual centering model" to help train your mind to refocus out of fear programming.
2. Many times with this kind of abdomen pain and pressure we are dealing with is astral plane debris at both personal levels and collective levels. Learning to 12D shield with some psychic self defense tools is critical so you can reduce psychic sponge overload and uninvited etheric visitors. DO not be scared of this phenomena, it just is. 3. Start to use "setting personal space command" and set up a transit portal for shadow and astral debris as an exit point to transition out of your home or other space. When you clear astral and energetic debris from your body parts you have to tell it where to go! ( yes, pun intended!) This is a verbal command that was compiled by an ES member on various ES exercises that works fantastically well and addresses these various areas. There may be phases where this is required daily, as a spiritual housecleaning tool.
4. Check out our community Kundalini thread and/or read about its symptoms on the internet. Sometimes we need to be careful and reduce our food intake as when kundalini activates and comes into your energy centers, our liver functions and intestinal peristalsis may stop dramatically, as the digestive organs have to work really hard to digest and eliminate while kundalini is active. Many times food will ferment in your gut, exacerbating additional issues that hurt in the abdomen areas, like leaky gut syndrome, bacteria/ fungal intestinal imbalance and female menstrual pain, etc. Giving your body a rest from hard food digestion or being careful with food combinations, doing light cleanses or fasting, can help a lot while in ascension integration or initiating lightbody phases. There is a lot of "fire" and that brings heat to the body, which if left imbalanced brings infection imbalance, such as gut fermentation and inflammation. If your body is feeling swollen, puffy or red from excess heat, applying anti-inflammation support, such as bromelain enzymes, stimulating circulation through skin brushing, vigorous massage or physical exercise such as trampoline bouncing, finished with soaking in mineral bath salts, stretching, helps to rid the body of excess stagnation.
These ascension symptoms are very common, yet everybody is unique, so as you find a calm center you will be guided to the right material to find clarity and release.
