Theoretically the result is basic Embodiment that begins the soul integration merge within the expression of the physical vehicle. However, in the next five-year cycle we are about to find out what it looks like at a mass scale. That content which has been existing in the lower collective unconsciousness streams, or consciousness that exists within the state of sleep-stasis, is awakening now and becoming more conscious, surfacing at global levels. The ante has been raised which means all of us have to up our game, as we are being pushed to the next level of our spiritual development, no matter what stage we are in, we must embody. Its Embodiment or bust! Embodiment is becoming consciously aware of our own biological patterns, their origins, and opening to the possibilities in how we can work to clear and heal them. What is our body’s wisdom communicating to us now? When we listen to our body’s needs and are willing to develop present moment body awareness, we are opening up our heart in order to register deeply felt sensations and impressions. Body awareness opens up the possibility of direct cellular knowing that relays intelligent information. We are also learning the importance of self-care and self-love as the necessary core components of cultivating higher spiritual and emotional development that finally allow us to experience authentic embodiment. The Paliadorian activation began with the Ophiuchus transmissions throughout last December and will continue for those Starseeds that are on the earth for the reclamation of the Christos-Sophia mission, that includes the support for disclosure and the reeducation of humanity towards the Law of One.  (2:25:35 minutes).

Taking a deep inhaling breath, Imagine that you sense a burst of emerald rays inside your heart, in beautiful shades of green with faint rainbow light highlights,  and intend to run the emerald current into all of your heart circuitry, exhaling breath down and out -  now see the emerald current moving down each shoulder, into both arms and into both of your hands, fingers and thumbs, see the emerald ray run through your thumb tips igniting the circuitry into your navel center, sending the emerald rays throughout the silver sanctum and silver cord of the entire hara complex underneath your navel area. For a moment sense and feel the Holy Emerald Order presence and the father’s emerald ray transmission for a stable and secure foundation for your entire lightbody. Now bring to mind the 9th chakra at the back of your neck, the area of the medulla oblongata. Holy Mother, holy Father and Holy Christos Sophia, through my Avatar Christ self, ignite the Threefold Founder Flame currents that created the Silver Cord inside my brain in the 9th Chakra, and opens into the Crown chakra vortex that links down and connects into my body at the navel. In your mind eyes see the threefold flame powerfully ignite that makes up the GSF Triad in the back of your neck, To amplify the power say repeatedly and with conviction, I AM GSF!   Focus on the GSF light symbol and intend to drop the founder flames into the emerald current circulating inside the navel area and throughout your lower belly and undercarriage.
