How much are you Willing to Know?

Guidelines for establishing and cultivating with trust and love, positive contact with our personal families of consciousness.
Knowledge protects you and ignorance harms you (in speaking about abduction and manipulation) knowledge and awareness protects you, that is 90% of the issue, this awareness protects you at a level that is incomprehensible to the ego, where you can connect with a level of yourself that can protect you and view this from a place of fearlessness. This is the observer consciousness, we call this the compassionate witness.
Set space with the 12D shield in bedroom at night.

Always create the intentional space for sleep-state as a sanctuary, sanctify and bless the space and invite Christ Consciousness and our families, whatever is the highest expression for our highest purpose of sleep tonight.
Example:
"I consecrate and dedicate this space to the authority of God's Natural Laws and that of the Eternal Living Christ. I bless and sanctify this space in God's authority and in Christ's name. God is the authority of my body, consciousness and being and this sacred space now and always. North South East West – Earth- Sky and heart : I direct the Four Corners to Be Sealed in the Light of Unity and Oneness. I AM Impenetrable and Invincible. I ask the Aurora Krystal Star Forces to Anchor this Space Sacred in Service to the Law of One of which I Serve. I invite my Consciousness and families and whatever is the highest expression for the purpose of my sleep this night."
For the times one is exhausted and it’s all one can say:
"I consecrate and dedicate my body, my consciousness, and my being to serve GOD, PERIOD.
For discernment/boundary testing:
When you are in your 12D shield and there is a contact or presence in your room and you are trying to discern what it is, focus in your heart and project it out in the room your white Christ energy. Push your breath from the heart out and extend your pillar out into your room to encompass the entire room that you’re in. Feel which beings are in alignment to that field or not. Note sensations, one will feel in your 12 D shield who is in alignment to that field or not, if there is a being in the room who has come in through an astral door or shouldn’t be there, it will feel jarred and leave, or you’ll feel it pull back and you’ll know that it’s stepped out of the field. One can boundary test with “I am God, I am Sovereign, I am Free”- imprint and entrain this GSF field frequency and quote written on one's body as well.
One example of Lisa’s experiences related to sensations of positive contact:
"Even though there’s controversy over the white mantis beings, about a month ago something happened in Iran and who showed up for Lisa in her bedroom but a white preying mantis that was very big and for someone who can feel it- regardless of what it ‘looks like’, you’re feeling them. And when you feel this love in your heart, it’s nothing like we have here on planet earth and you’re like Hi!- like you know each other immediately. (it’s not a who are you and what are you doing here?) It’s a total recognition in that moment. It’s family and you can feel it. Lisa loves when they are here like that. She wishes they were here in more tangible ways but she couldn’t ask for more when they are here. "
POSITIVE GUARDIAN CONTACT
12D and be very confident in your relationship with God to mitigate fear, or contact cannot happen
Set space, command your space and create your sacred bed space.
Boundary test by pushing the pale silver white light out of heart and expanding shield to fit the room you’re in as you picture "I am GSF" on your entire body. Also one may picture it written everywhere and on everything in the room after one expands their shield) If you notice things stepping out of the field and then trying to gain entry back around the periphery of you space you can reinforce your set space firmly by stating "No manipulation here, I am God, I am Sovereign, I am Free. I command this space in the sanctity which is ONLY God in exchange with the Eternal Living Consciousness of Christ."
As you sleep, ask to have Guardian Contact (with Guardians serving the Law of One) that is in your highest expression here and now if it’s in alignment and in your inner vision imagine that the meeting place is in your solar star which is your 10th chakra about 6 inches above your head. Imagine yourself small in your solar star and meeting with them.(that opens to a place of existence which communicates with your Christ Consciousness)
So, ask the Guardian Host to meet you in your solar star. Then envision a platform in your solar star to create the meeting place. You are creating an inner chat room that you set up.Ask your Guardian (Krystal Host) Host and your Avatar Christ to meet you, that you’d like to meet them and feel them if that is in the highest alignment.
