We are not turning back. The future of humanity, the future direction of the human species is at stake and the ante has been raised. We are in the best of times and the worst of times. There is no denying the level of uncertainty and the disorientation we are feeling while in the pinnacle of this planetary energetic chaos. This rapidly increasing chaos is a result of massive changes to the fundamental energetic architecture of the planet, and it is an entirely necessary process to facilitate evolution into the next cycle. This chaotic peak has radically increased the environmental transparency to view how dependent humans have become on the false programs of a mind controlled reality. These mind control programs have been propagated for 3D humans to believe that the physical world and our Ego is the center of the Universe. We are now being forced to learn a deeper Universal Truth about the true Nature of Reality and it can be very painful to realize. The Ego Nature is being destroyed in the Presence of the Supreme Nature of the Eternal Living Light. The Life Story is over as you knew it from your Ego, the 3D personality matrix. What you Thought It Was, Will Never Be. We are leaving the finite Ego Nature to Live within Cosmic Consciousness, our infinite Spiritual Nature. Our Infinite Consciousness only Lives in the Moment of Now.

The creation physics are changing in how we exist in this time and space, (as a linear concept) and since our brains and conscious mind are wired to experience space/time linearly, this transition really puts our human brain into a loop! Most people I observe at this time are very confused by these changes, and that confusion is very painful to them. That is why developing a personal framework to understand what is happening now on the planet is important and key at this phase of growth to maintain serenity.
Learning the Language of Spirit, and working in alignment with Divine timing is crucial for maintaining personal sanity and staying integrated during our Ascension transformation! As we are leaving 3D mechanics into the higher octave spiritual layers and their corresponding dimensions), this means the old behavior and way we have lived life is not currently working and will not work for us in the future. There is no forcing it or controlling it. Adaptability and flexibility are behavioral keynotes that are vital for us at this time.
It is imperative to have some kind of practice, exercise or technique where one is connecting/communicating every day with our inner spirit, preferably AM and PM, until one has accomplished life as a walking meditation. Inner peace and neutral association to the increasing external chaos will be maintained once you reprogram your body and mind to be in its natural state and stay centered there.
The spiritual evolution process is very coherent in that the full dismantling of old structures that have maintained the illusion of your security and attachment issues must be forfeited. With the changing physics of reality, you are asked to change your perceptions to that material illusion that X, (Whatever X is) = security and stability. When the forces of transformation have come to visit, there is a specific order that it generally works with in polishing the diamond soul within. Knowing how these steps work is incredibly useful to putting together your evolutionary road map.

Learn To Let Go
Our ego stories are deep-rooted, and until we begin the journey of spiritual ascension define who we believe we are as an identity. Holding on to these stories and false illusions, especially holding onto our negative ego's destructive inner demons, are major causes of fear-based subconscious reactions in the body. These unresolved conflicts result in that tight, blocked or sickening feeling in the gut that signals stress and anxiety. While these emotions certainly feel real while they last, they are in fact triggered by the negative thoughts and belief systems, the memory of a prior situation, that still remains active in the mind. Seeing the illusion of those memories, from the perspective of consciousness, your wholeness, existing in the now, is the perceptual shift that frees your mind and body. Then letting go of the past happens naturally, and you experience true emotional harmony.

Narcissism And The Male Heart Wound
by Linda Marks
Disconnection is both a personal and social disease in today's world. With it come the afflictions of addictions, depression and narcissism in epidemic proportions.
For all but the last several hundred to one thousand years of human existence on this planet, we have lived in a more collective, tribal society. In such a society, much like the one author Jean Liedloff described in the Continuum Concept, babies are born with cellular expectations of a connectedness and relatedness with self, others and all of life.
From this point of view, as infants, we feel connected to life and expect life and others in our lives to both recognize us as human beings and take care of us at the most basic levels when that is required. Likewise, we expect our caregivers to help steward us through a maturation process leading to appropriate self-sufficiency that can co-exist with appropriate interdependence. We place such emphasis on working long hours, and getting so much done, that we live in an always hurrying, overprogrammed culture. We don't have time to relax, to let down our defenses, to relate deeply. The pace of life today becomes another force to maintain disconnection.
As we have moved farther away from tribal, village and community-based societies and into fragmented, disconnected nuclear family units or broken nuclear families, the sacred roles of both men and women have been lost. Men and women today are both engaged in the work culture for economic necessity and for a sense of identity and place. Many men and women alike are more distant from constant intimate daily presence in the lives of their children. Child care is often handed off to professional childcare providers, as the demands on one parent alone at home with children feels unbearable, as two parents each work and someone is needed to take care of the children or a single parent works to survive and can't be in two places at once. When working parents are lucky enough to have extended family, grandparents age into their 80's trying to surrogate parent their grandchildren. Some of the energetic, emotional and practical mentoring and mirroring from parents and extended family that were once considered a child's birthright are less available. This is true for both boys and girls.
