Lifting Your Veil: Surviving the Ascension Process

As we end 2006 many of us recognize what an intensely transformative year this has been in our own personal spiritual evolution. We really are witnessing a critical mass in the tipping point of consciousness, which has been extremely exciting and inspiring for most. No matter where we are in our personal evolution, no matter where we are on this planet, everyone can feel the changes deep within our cells that a cosmic wake up call has occurred. The Deployment of the Light Family. This can have some waiting on pins and needles anticipating these changes with great excitement where others may have dredged up some of the old human fears and dramas related to facing the unknown. The degree to which we have surrendered our fear, to Trust the Forces of Transformation, will be relative to our personal experience in the coming months. However, most of us are so beyond the energy it takes to resist these changes and have been in a full surrender mode, just allowing. Our new motto sprung forth from the last few months is "What will be Will Be".

Easing Ascension Symptoms
On the planetary scale, a massive shift is taking place. Huge infusions of Light are coming to the Earth plane as the veil of separation and denial are lifting. Earth Ascension Changes are creating physical changes in our bodies right now. The planet is mutating, and so are the beings on it. There is a transmutation taking place in the very cells of your body.A transmutation is the act of being transmuted or changed or altered in form, appearance, nature to a higher form. transmutation is the internal change going on inside the body that puts together the combination of parts or chemical elements, groups or simpler compounds or by the degradation of a complex compound so as to form a whole new combination. During mutation, this new combination may be constructed by the body from diverse conceptions into a coherent whole body that may be different from previous bodies.

• Breathing exercises and relaxing the physical body as deeply as possible. Relax the mind, relax the body, allow the energy to move through you and visualize it moving in spirals up the spine and out of your crown.

What is Ascension?
This is a primer to review the basic meaning and mechanics of the Ascension Cycle, and open dialogue to discuss the various awakening symptoms that many humans may encounter during the consciousness evolution process that is happening on planet earth. It is important to develop strong discernment of the energetic signatures that we come to interact with, while learning how to distinguish personal resonance in order to help guide us forward. Humanity is undergoing a consciousness shift which requires a re-education of values and a change of priority in lifestyle. Much of the information on this website is a guideline to support people that are awakening and being guided towards stewardship or leadership roles in order to help others move through the consciousness shift that Ascension creates on the planet. It is also important to share awakening information with others in order to not feel fear from unusual consciousness experiences that occur commonly when integrating higher light-energy bodies. This information comes from my direct consciousness experiences with the Guardian Krystal Star Host and a kundalini awakening that began during the Grand Cross Alignment in August 1999. This was a very personal and frightening physical awakening process that dismantled my entire reality and ego in a very short period of time. During intense spiritual awakening phases, we undergo ego dismantling, and this is called the Dark Night of the Soul. I share my experiences to be of service to anyone that may benefit from this information.
