Letting Go of All You Know

Dear Family,
We are not turning back. The future of humanity, the future direction of the human species is at stake and the ante has been raised. We are in the best of times and the worst of times. There is no denying the level of uncertainty and the disorientation we are feeling, while in the pinnacle of this planetary energetic chaos. This rapidly increasing chaos is a result of massive changes to the fundamental energetic architecture of the planet, is an entirely necessary process to facilitate evolution into the next cycle. This chaotic peak has radically increased the environmental transparency to view how dependent humans have become on the false programs of a mind controlled reality. These mind control programs have been propagated for 3D humans to believe that the physical world and our Ego are the center of the Universe. We are now being forced to learn a deeper Universal Truth about the true Nature of Reality, and it can be very painful to realize. The Ego Nature is being destroyed in the Presence of the Supreme Nature of the Eternal Living Light. The Life Story is over as you knew it from your Ego, or 3D personality matrix. What you Thought It Was, Will Never Be. We are leaving the finite Ego Nature to Live within Cosmic Consciousness, our infinite Spiritual Nature. Our Infinite Consciousness only Lives in the Moment of Now.

The Reality Check

Dear Family,
This month and forward we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness are congruently aligned in the new timeline architecture as well as the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the patterns and phenomena from our past cellular memories surfacing. These memories are both ancient and recently personal. They are stemming both from our multiple self experiences, the many human incarnation experiences of the same patterns and those which have defined us, to accept the belief that we are a part of the human race having an experience on the planet Earth. As a species we have many concepts or archetypes we believe to be true that define our human identity. All of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color. These new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics created by the new energy foundation and its architecture that is available to us now.

Between Two Worlds

We are getting more used to surreal events as a part of our day to day living, where the strange meets the bizarre as these events are becoming a normal daily occurrence. Synchronicities, abrupt and spontaneous changes, surprises or opportunities appearing out of the blue, relationships on every level coming, going, ending or starting are a part of acclimating ourselves to this new energetic terrain. This new energetic terrain has been palpable to experience, which feels as if we are suspended in Between Two Worlds. And indeed we are.

Compassionate Witness

Dear Family,
Compassion is a virtue, one in which the emotional capacities of empathy and sympathy for the suffering of others are regarded as a part of love itself, and a cornerstone of greater social interconnection and humanism, foundational to the highest principles in philosophy, society, and personhood.
Throughout the ages of planetary evolution many different humanist philosophies have developed, as well as many organized religious traditions. Most all of them have emphasized the positive traits of human compassion as a virtue to strive for on daily life. When we think about the meaning of the word compassion in our society we generally think of a human characteristic, that has a moral or ethical judgment cast upon our perception of it. This judgment is stemming from our mental body, which then seeks to define what we as human beings believe is good or bad. Anytime we use the ego filter to shape our fixed belief system and its inner dialogue, we get judgment. Our judgment then assigns a value to our perception of events.

The Restoration

As the very famous and socially impactful Libran Indigo John Lennon sang decades ago: "Nobody Told Me there would be Days like These. Strange Days Indeed!" The multidimensional arrangement of his music and his written lyrics are just as influential to us today as they were so many years ago. Accessing multidimensionality is within timelessness, and the scope of this musical achievement is an example of transcending time by accessing the spiral of consciousness which goes beyond the linear progression of the conscious mind. Many more of us are going spiral at this time, if we can let go of the 3D mental body handrails.
For many of us the beauty of our multidimensional consciousness is before us and within ourselves, as it is Returning its Intelligence to us. The Guardians mention that we are entering an evolutionary window they refer to as - the time of The Restoration. This Restoration is God's Promise to each and every one of us if we inquire upon our personal truth, allow ourselves to open our heart and surrender our ego, we can receive the Gift.

Masculine Body Reconstruction

Today is October 9th which happens to be the birthday of John Lennon, on which I happily announce the celebratory synchronicity of changing the ES newsletter title from Lift Your Veil to Shifting Timelines. Similar to Mr. Lennon's activism and efforts to Give Peace a Chance, as a Libran like myself I submit our October Newsletter with some minor changes. We have lifted the veil long enough, and it is time for us all to come out of the veiled closet into greater transparency. Now is the time to get down to the group task and business and Shift the Timelines to planetary freedom. Hence the name of our newsletter and blog series as our collaborative efforts are to protect and embody the GSF stewardship, in which we have been entrained here within the ES Community, as I am God, I am Sovereign, I am Free! Happy New Shifting Timelines to all, as sovereign and free beings in the eternal light of God Source.

The Fine Print

Dear Family,
Well just about now we need all the humor and levity we can muster. If you are an Awakened Indigo or Starseed, what has been showing up in your personal life makes you think you are living the next galactic generation of the Harry Potter storyline.
Given what is thrown at you daily, you may have been busy sending several emphatic appeals to the Celestial Management Structure asking for an Earth Mission contract renegotiation. As all your technological gadgets are either drained, dead or working intermittently, you may have resorted to smoke signals to get some attention down here. As you throw your arms up to the heavens begging for a direct intervention for more clarity in your purposes, you see a rolled-up parchment labeled Starseed Mission Upgrade. Note: See Appendix with Clause descending in your Crown chakra. With voracious excitement as you sense the new information download being fired into the neural synapses of your brain, you pass out on the couch or floor to integrate. Days later, or weeks, when you are able to stand upright for a few hours to gain some coherency, you begin to have realization as to the actual content. And you exclaim out loud: “You want me to do WHAT???”

Through the Wall in Time

Dear Family,
The planet’s energetic architecture in time-space has shifted, which allows access and exchange into another Universal Gateway since late October. We have penetrated through another portion of memory layer, a dimensional collapse in time. This collapse sources from a traumatic event that recorded itself into the Underworld timelines. As we have entered this opening into another playing field, it also comes with possibilities of elevating a new Creation. This begins sequential gateway openings for 11/11/11 and ongoing, however there is still much resistance to overcome with the negatives. Naturally these new possibilities of Creation go hand in hand with our own responsibility to accept or deny, personal sovereignty as a God Realized multidimensional being. To be realized is to be actualized in the likeness of God, a state of being radiant with the virtues of the Krystal, Christ Intelligence. As we embody the Krystal, Christ pattern, it is the Heavenly Jerusalem, the Rod and Staff Union, that can restore balance to the planet and peace to the people.

Breathwork Exercise
BREATHWORK EXERCISETo Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique
Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily
Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)
The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.
Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.
Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..

Breath 74-108
After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.

Frequency Hubs
These intense times during the Ascension cycle requires accelerated clearing of old and dense energies from our bodies and the planet. This is required in order to access the higher reality fields that are now being exposed to the Earth. These higher reality fields are carried here in a concentrated energetic structure referred to as the “Frequency Hubs”. These are anchored into this dimensional plane creating energetic portal windows in various demographic locations on the planet. These "ascending hubs" were specifically placed on energetic planetary vortices in a type of concentric circled geometric pattern. They appear similar in appearance as to “crop circles” a phenomena that we have been familiarized with over the past few years. These hubs provide frequency to be stationed to stabilize the planet’s grid from interference while allowing accelerated frequency transmission to humans in an unprecedented format.These energetic Frequency Hubs begin an entirely new level of Earth experience and response. These Hubs are an array of extremely concentrated high vibrating energies that also allow access to life forms (i.e. Et's) never before present to this reality. One purpose of these new Frequency Hubs is to energetically sustain the Lightworkers (Indigos and various soul groups) on the Ascension mission to expedite their next evolution level.
