The Reality Check

Dear Family,
This month and forward we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness are congruently aligned in the new timeline architecture as well as the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the patterns and phenomena from our past cellular memories surfacing. These memories are both ancient and recently personal. They are stemming both from our multiple self experiences, the many human incarnation experiences of the same patterns and those which have defined us, to accept the belief that we are a part of the human race having an experience on the planet Earth. As a species we have many concepts or archetypes we believe to be true that define our human identity. All of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color. These new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics created by the new energy foundation and its architecture that is available to us now.

Between Two Worlds

Dear Family,
We are getting more used to surreal events as a part of our day to day living, where the strange meets the bizarre as these events are becoming a normal daily occurrence. Synchronicities, abrupt and spontaneous changes, surprises or opportunities appearing out of the blue, relationships on every level coming, going, ending or starting are a part of acclimating ourselves to this new energetic terrain. This new energetic terrain has been palpable to experience, which feels as if we are suspended in Between Two Worlds. And indeed we are.

Compassionate Witness

Dear Family,
Compassion is a virtue, one in which the emotional capacities of empathy and sympathy for the suffering of others are regarded as a part of love itself, and a cornerstone of greater social interconnection and humanism, foundational to the highest principles in philosophy, society, and personhood.
Throughout the ages of planetary evolution many different humanist philosophies have developed, as well as many organized religious traditions. Most all of them have emphasized the positive traits of human compassion as a virtue to strive for on daily life. When we think about the meaning of the word compassion in our society we generally think of a human characteristic, that has a moral or ethical judgment cast upon our perception of it. This judgment is stemming from our mental body, which then seeks to define what we as human beings believe is good or bad. Anytime we use the ego filter to shape our fixed belief system and its inner dialogue, we get judgment. Our judgment then assigns a value to our perception of events.

The Restoration

As the very famous and socially impactful Libran Indigo John Lennon sang decades ago: "Nobody Told Me there would be Days like These. Strange Days Indeed!" The multidimensional arrangement of his music and his written lyrics are just as influential to us today as they were so many years ago. Accessing multidimensionality is within timelessness, and the scope of this musical achievement is an example of transcending time by accessing the spiral of consciousness which goes beyond the linear progression of the conscious mind. Many more of us are going spiral at this time, if we can let go of the 3D mental body handrails.
For many of us the beauty of our multidimensional consciousness is before us and within ourselves, as it is Returning its Intelligence to us. The Guardians mention that we are entering an evolutionary window they refer to as - the time of The Restoration. This Restoration is God's Promise to each and every one of us if we inquire upon our personal truth, allow ourselves to open our heart and surrender our ego, we can receive the Gift.

Breathwork Exercise
BREATHWORK EXERCISETo Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique
Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily
Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)
The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.
Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.
Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..
Breath 1-27
Breath 28-56
Breath 57-73
Breath 74-108
After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.

Easing Ascension Symptoms
On the planetary scale, a massive shift is taking place. Huge infusions of Light are coming to the Earth plane as the veil of separation and denial are lifting. Earth Ascension Changes are creating physical changes in our bodies right now. The planet is mutating, and so are the beings on it. There is a transmutation taking place in the very cells of your body.A transmutation is the act of being transmuted or changed or altered in form, appearance, nature to a higher form. transmutation is the internal change going on inside the body that puts together the combination of parts or chemical elements, groups or simpler compounds or by the degradation of a complex compound so as to form a whole new combination. During mutation, this new combination may be constructed by the body from diverse conceptions into a coherent whole body that may be different from previous bodies.
The physical transmutation change within your bodies is a significant and basic alteration in the body. Some suggesitons that may help:
• Learn the 12D Shield, ES Core Triad practices and make the consistent dedication to clear fear and pain in one’s body.
• Breathing exercises and relaxing the physical body as deeply as possible. Relax the mind, relax the body, allow the energy to move through you and visualize it moving in spirals up the spine and out of your crown.
