During annual August alignments of Leo, the planet undergoes what is called its Magnetic Peak cycle which generally transpires during the week of August 8th to August 15th, with August 12th being the pinnacle wave of magnetic force field transmission. This year’s Magnetic Peak cycle reaches another zenith for extreme levels of planetary electromagnetic amplification that radically shift what mainstream science would define as gravity and gravitational pull, because generally this is described as the resulting interaction between two masses. Facing Fears
LEAVE BEHIND THE PAST AND EMPOWERING YOUR FUTURETo move forward and evolve as human beings our fears must be challenged, demystified and dismantled. This is a huge part of the Ascension process. We are accelerating so fast in these days of huge transformation, that every fear in the human spectrum of experience is raising its head for us to face , as it wells out from deep within us.
It takes all of our inner strength and courage to face our fears. By allowing fear to control or hinder us we are giving up more than we feared losing in the first place. When we allow fear to hinder us from being you we need to be at the authentic levels we are not disclosing who we really are to ourselves and to the world. It is like disowning a part of ourselves.
Below is a simple meditation exercise to bring fears up with clarity so you can address the root of the fear itself. Many times the fears we have are vague and not at all what we “ think” they are. Explore them, challenge them, and embrace them to move you past old patterns. Moving past fear, brings us into greater clarity and then into more personal power.

This exercise is very helpful in resolving crystallized patterns in the body by stating intentions and declarations that you are forgiving, releasing and closing this particular relationship that trauma, emotional fears or other abhorrent energies that were recorded as cellular memories in your energy field.
Any time we experience shock or trauma it creates a memory imprint or residue in our energy field. To fully resolve, heal and clear these issues, recorded as traumas, in our physical body and other energy body systems, we need to become aware of that trauma in bringing it to the surface and allowing it to be released fully and with intention. Generally, I have found this helps clear and release emotional blocks much more effectively, efficiently and rapidly.
For this exercise, you will need a pad of paper and a pen or pencil. So, as you are ready with your pen and your pad of paper, let’s begin the series of questions.
When you are ready, take a deep breath and quite your mind and allow yourself to prepare for this exercise.
