Dear Ascending Family,
For many years the Omniversal Family Tree of Krystal Star known as the Guardians, have been relaying a wide array of information about the Ascension process that our planet and human bodies undergo at the end of an Astrological Age. We are moving into another interval of the higher octave through the bifurcation of time fields, which results in the phenomena of timeline collapse. For many, this manifests as a bookend to delineate the ending of the past, such as ancestral patterns and forces many of us to undergo a resetting of our inner foundation and way of life. These phases of timeline collapse generally bring with them many levels of exit points, resetting and ego dismantling, in order to extract the false and reinstate a more accurate and progressive direction for the Soul. We must progress towards group consciousness and being of service to the whole. For those unaware of Ascension, the uninitiated or uninformed, this time can be confusing and painful to navigate.

This next stage of the planetary restoration cycle is the continuance from late December 2012. The Mother's Cosmic Aether is returning to inspirit throughout the kingdoms of elemental matter. From deep inside the earth core moving up into the crust, collecting pieces on its pathway by returning them into reconstituted substances that may evolve into forms of wholeness or rehabilitation. These pieces encompass many levels of the earthly elemental kingdoms; microorganism, insect, mineral, plant, animal, all creatures which are a collective part of the planetary consciousness. Thus, we have begun another deeper phase of the Ascension cycle with the Sophianic Body Correction.

The Solar Sacrum

Since the bifurcation of timelines began, the Universal Cosmic Clock is undergoing a Zero Point recalibration throughout each of the planetary chains that are a part of our Solar System's evolution. The Solar System recalibration to Zero Point is changing the four main directions of the true North, South, East and West nodes, as coordinate location points within the constellations. This is saying the constellations that are directly a part of the multiple millions of stellar bodies that interact with our planet are changing distance and moving position, from what may be considered a gravitational fixed point in time. These constellation coordinate points are time vectors responsible for electromagnetic energy placement within spin points, both counterclockwise and clockwise, and rotational axis. This controls the rate of spin of electrons, protons, and neutrons that exist in both matter and anti-matter. The rate of spin and axis of rotation at microscopic scales are the quantum mechanics, which govern the measurement of time and space in our harmonic universe. This year our planet will access sequential spirals of zero point consciousness sourcing from the corridors of the God Worlds, the Seven Higher Heaven Universes. The Universal Founder Source fields are opening to us in an omnidirectional way, so that we are able to freely access the Eternal Living Light, which illuminates and brings to the surface where all shadow and falsity had remained hidden. This is a very big year in the evolutionary direction of Ascension for humanity and the planet. Many lives will be changed permanently.

BREATHWORK EXERCISETo Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique
Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily
Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)
The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.
Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.
Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..

After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.

Easing Ascension Symptoms
On the planetary scale, a massive shift is taking place. Huge infusions of Light are coming to the Earth plane as the veil of separation and denial are lifting. Earth Ascension Changes are creating physical changes in our bodies right now. The planet is mutating, and so are the beings on it. There is a transmutation taking place in the very cells of your body.A transmutation is the act of being transmuted or changed or altered in form, appearance, nature to a higher form. transmutation is the internal change going on inside the body that puts together the combination of parts or chemical elements, groups or simpler compounds or by the degradation of a complex compound so as to form a whole new combination. During mutation, this new combination may be constructed by the body from diverse conceptions into a coherent whole body that may be different from previous bodies.
The physical transmutation change within your bodies is a significant and basic alteration in the body. Some suggesitons that may help:
• Learn the 12D Shield, ES Core Triad practices and make the consistent dedication to clear fear and pain in one’s body.
• Breathing exercises and relaxing the physical body as deeply as possible. Relax the mind, relax the body, allow the energy to move through you and visualize it moving in spirals up the spine and out of your crown.
