Banishing the Lies

In the age of social media and rampant propaganda, most of the public has been unable to separate honest and truthful representations from manufactured deceptions and lies. For deception to work both sides have to participate, both deceiver and deceived have to play their roles. How do we wise up to see the lies, the spiritual betrayal, the reality distortions, the energy blocks and dark force attachments that are part of being deceived? On a positive note, the embodiment principle of one the major chieftains of lies in the Belial gestalt, recently left his body and is currently unable to transfer his consciousness into another earthly form as he had planned.

Telepathy

Beyond this planet most of the extradimensional or ET species, as well as other more technologically advanced human civilizations, commonly use forms of Telepathy as the primary method of communication. Our reliance on spoken words is considered to be very primitive and is used by the NAA to justify the use of earth humans as a worker-slave class. This is why we are discussing the natural capacity of humans to be telepathic and how we might further develop it. The NAA are very aware of this capacity and extract it for their own purposes through MKUltra and Milab programs, and work to block telepathic development in the masses. So, what is telepathy?

Solar Logos

Dear Ascending Family,
In their infinite love for creation the original Diamond Sun races, the Paliadorians, established the Covenant of Paliador millions of years ago to reclaim the fragmented Souls as a result of the Taran Explosion. The Covenant of Paliador encompasses a massive scope of locating lost souls, transiting consciousness, collecting and recovering Soul fragments that need bodies, routing attachments and consciousness units that need to be recovered, in order to return them to the possibility of continuing evolution through the Cosmic Time Matrix. The Paliadorians hold the access into the Universal Stargates and the many internal portal structures that exist inside every planet in our Solar System. These portals, such as the Trinity Gates, will serve as the transit gate exit for many of the Soul groups that will move through them for their continued evolution and learning in the next planetary schema. In order to heal the Soul groups that suffered fragmentation and digressed into the phantom realms, it would be necessary to completely rebuild the Diamond Sun architecture for the Solar Logos in our Universal Time Matrix.

What we have today is an increasingly sophisticated full spectrum assault on the free will and the psychological wellbeing of all people. We are in a war over consciousness which necessitates that we pay attention and develop our own personal formulas for navigating the controlled chaos being generated in the public scape. There are some heavy agendas being rolled out, being served up on lies and deceptions in an effort to make them acceptable to the public over time. For this reason, we examine the nature of Propaganda and how psychological manipulation is commonly used to weaponize the 3D narrative to control the perception of others through deceptive, abusive and underhanded tactics, in order to advance the primary control agenda and the selfish interests of manipulators and sociopaths.

What is Ascension?
This is a primer to review the basic meaning and mechanics of the Ascension Cycle, and open dialogue to discuss the various awakening symptoms that many humans may encounter during the consciousness evolution process that is happening on planet earth. Much of the information on this website is a guideline to support people that are awakening and being guided towards stewardship or leadership roles in order to help others move through the consciousness shift that Ascension creates on the planet. It is also important to share awakening information with others in order to not feel fear from unusual consciousness experiences that occur commonly when integrating higher light-energy bodies. This information comes from my direct consciousness experiences with the Guardian Krystal Star Host and a kundalini awakening that began during the Grand Cross Alignment in August 1999. This was a very personal and frightening physical awakening process that dismantled my entire reality and ego in a very short period of time. During intense spiritual awakening phases, we undergo ego dismantling, and this is called the Dark Night of the Soul. I share my experiences to be of service to anyone that may benefit from this information. I have had many unusual, mystical manifestations appear in my life since my spontaneous kundalini release many years ago. Those of us undergoing the first wave of awakening are the Ascension Guides for the majority of humanity who have not yet experienced a direct spiritual awakening or have had enlightened extra-dimensional contact. Breathwork Exercise
BREATHWORK EXERCISETo Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique
Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily
Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)
The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.
Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.
Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..

After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.
