Rebuilding Foundation, Work in Progress

Dear Ascension Family,
This summer has been leading us through another one of those spiritual ascension developmental phases of feeling that your life is under construction or being continually evaluated in stages during a long work in progress. Many of us have had to stand back with detached observation, behind the enforced construction site yellow tape, while the demolition derby came into our reality with a wrecking ball and a bulldozer. For others we have been waiting patiently for the right time and the right place to join into the new energy stream. This has had a massive impact in many ways to our life circumstances, our relationships personal or professional, and within organizations or any other type of dynamic that has been running an obsolete energy system. These energies astrologically, cosmically, planetary or otherwise are forcing transformation into a new base setting from which to operate. For some of us this is a real testament to our ability to let go. We are being forced to let go of obsolete relationships, power imbalances and their emotional patterns, and that is not generally a fun experience, even if it is necessary.

Truly this is a time to be engaged and alert to the swirling environment, yet not attached to needing it to be anything. Self sourcing is more important than ever now, which also includes the responsibility to the focused direction of our personal energies. This is a pivotal time with our frequency Attunement to Alignment, in order to integrate ourselves with the next reality timeline. Many of us are holding this timeline field for spouses, children and beloved ones that may not be participating with the ascension process at the personality level. The pressure from being an energetic anchor can feel immense at the cellular level. If you feel anxious in these intense energies and just don’t know what to do, just find the peace inside yourself. Breathe peace and calm into your body.

Letting Go of All You Know

We are not turning back. The future of humanity, the future direction of the human species is at stake and the ante has been raised. We are in the best of times and the worst of times. There is no denying the level of uncertainty and the disorientation we are feeling, while in the pinnacle of this planetary energetic chaos. This rapidly increasing chaos is a result of massive changes to the fundamental energetic architecture of the planet, is an entirely necessary process to facilitate evolution into the next cycle. This chaotic peak has radically increased the environmental transparency to view how dependent humans have become on the false programs of a mind controlled reality. These mind control programs have been propagated for 3D humans to believe that the physical world and our Ego are the center of the Universe. We are now being forced to learn a deeper Universal Truth about the true Nature of Reality, and it can be very painful to realize. The Ego Nature is being destroyed in the Presence of the Supreme Nature of the Eternal Living Light. The Life Story is over as you knew it from your Ego, or 3D personality matrix. What you Thought It Was, Will Never Be. We are leaving the finite Ego Nature to Live within Cosmic Consciousness, our infinite Spiritual Nature. Our Infinite Consciousness only Lives in the Moment of Now.

The Reality Check

Dear Family,
This month and forward we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness are congruently aligned in the new timeline architecture as well as the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the patterns and phenomena from our past cellular memories surfacing. These memories are both ancient and recently personal. They are stemming both from our multiple self experiences, the many human incarnation experiences of the same patterns and those which have defined us, to accept the belief that we are a part of the human race having an experience on the planet Earth. As a species we have many concepts or archetypes we believe to be true that define our human identity. All of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color. These new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics created by the new energy foundation and its architecture that is available to us now.

Breathwork Exercise
BREATHWORK EXERCISETo Re-Educate the Autonomic Nervous System and Balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System, Mental Relaxation Technique
Daily - Three times a day for 10 minutes or 20 Minutes Once daily
Lie down or find a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for the allotted time. Breath naturally and easily, gradually letting your breaths become deeper and increasingly diagphramatic. (Low belly filling up deeply, protruding on inhale and emptying upon exhale)
The goal is to focus on your breath Inhale and "feel" the in-breath as "cool" air inhaling and follow the stream of breath within your passages and exhale the "warm" air in out-breath through the nasal passages. The session goal is to begin a count of a total of 108 breaths Inhale and Exhale and ultimately maintain your focus on your breath without mental chatter disturbance. With consistent practice, one will begin to establish a " witness" function where you will be able to watch your emotional life, inner thoughts with much more objectivity and detachment.
Section your 108 Breaths into 4 counts ( quadrants). Focus on your breath, Inhale and then Exhale, count Breath 1 and maintain focus through your count. If you find your mind wander, get distracted or begin inner dialogue, start back to Breath Count One and maintain as far as you may be focused throughout your breathwork session time. The Goal is to ultimately be able to complete the breathwork in one session sequence without needing to recount or restart session.
Maintain count and focus through each of the 4 quadrant sets without starting over, building your endurance and focus throughout the 4 quadrants to a full 108 breath session without needing to restart count..

Breath 74-108
After mastering this technique, focused or guided meditation and visualization techniques become much more easy to achieve.

As we go through our emotional clearing process, sometimes it’s very helpful to complete the following relationship closure exercise. This exercise is very helpful in resolving crystallized patterns in the body by stating intentions and declarations that you are forgiving, releasing and closing this particular relationship that trauma, emotional fears or other abhorrent energies that were recorded as cellular memories in your energy field.
Any time we experience shock or trauma it creates a memory imprint or residue in our energy field. To fully resolve, heal and clear these issues, recorded as traumas, in our physical body and other energy body systems, we need to become aware of that trauma in bringing it to the surface and allowing it to be released fully and with intention. Generally, I have found this helps clear and release emotional blocks much more effectively, efficiently and rapidly.
For this exercise, you will need a pad of paper and a pen or pencil. So, as you are ready with your pen and your pad of paper, let’s begin the series of questions.
When you are ready, take a deep breath and quite your mind and allow yourself to prepare for this exercise.
